We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or refund under the following policy.


1. Return Window

  1. Returns and refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  2. For certain items (like discounted or clearance products), special return conditions may apply — such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

2. Eligibility for Return

A product will be eligible for return only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • The original invoice or order number is provided.
  • The item has not been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable, such as hygiene/personal care products, food and grocery items, intimate wear, and specific spiritual or puja items. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


3. Return & Refund Process — Step by Step

Step 1 – Request a Return:
Send us your order details (order number, name, reason for return, and product images if damaged) by email.

Step 2 – Authorization:
Our support team will verify your request and send a Return Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 3 – Send the Product:
Pack the item carefully as per the instructions and ship it to the provided return address. Share the shipment tracking number once dispatched.

Step 4 – Inspection:
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it. You will be notified via email or message about approval or rejection of your return.

Step 5 – Refund/Exchange:
Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed as per the details below.


4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Delays may occur depending on your bank or Razorpay’s processing times.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer — please share your bank details when requested.
  • If applicable, return shipping or handling charges may be deducted (you will be informed beforehand).

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is ours (wrong or damaged item): Nidhivaan will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, size issue, etc.): the customer must bear the shipping charges.
  • Any deductions or adjustments will always be communicated transparently before processing.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or wrongly delivered items.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the exchanged product has a price difference, the balance amount will either be refunded or payable at checkout.

7. Non-returnable Items

The following categories are generally not eligible for return or refund (unless specifically mentioned otherwise):

  • Food, groceries, or perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene items (if packaging has been opened)
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Certain religious or puja materials

8. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Verification

  • In case of any suspected fraud or chargeback, Nidhivaan will cooperate with Razorpay and relevant banks for investigation.
  • We may request supporting documents (such as ID, order details, delivery proof, or product images).
  • Merchant KYC and compliance are maintained in accordance with Razorpay’s terms.

9. Tips for a Smooth Return

  • Send clear photos showing the issue or damage from multiple angles.
  • Include the invoice and packaging photo for faster verification.
  • The sooner you raise the request (within the 7-day window), the faster it can be resolved.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nidhivaan strives for the best customer experience; however, returns may be rejected if the product fails to meet the eligibility conditions.
Our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law, and we will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
